My career in real estate began when I received my license in 2009. From then on, my love and passion for real estate has helped me persevere through many difficult markets and seasons. After joining the industry, I was inspired and excited to help others find their dream; a little piece of comfort in the world that they could call home. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Associate Buyers Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), my training and expertise has led to my success. As an award-winning agent, I have received the Leading Edge Society Award, putting me in the top 8% of sales in the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

 

I pride myself on making the buying and selling experience, for my clients, as pleasant and stress-free as possible. I value clear communication and organization, which help me to ease any of my client’s concerns. My efficiency, patience, listening and negotiation skills have led to a strong and satisfied client base. I specialize in residential resale, working with first time home buyers and transitioning seniors. Prior to real estate I was a special education teacher and certified paralegal, and I have worked to apply my knowledge and skill sets from my background to my real estate business.

 

As a longtime resident of the Chestnut Hill/Wyndmoor area, I have a strong understanding of Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties, and what these areas have to offer. I have always held a deep appreciation for the beauty of the neighborhoods and my vast knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia area gives me a unique understanding of my clients’ needs. I am a member of the Montgomery, Pennsylvania and National Associations of Realtors®. Active in my community, I volunteer with Meals on Wheels and 1854 Cares. When I’m not selling real estate, I spend my time walking my dogs, playing golf and paddle tennis
